INFRASTRUCTURE AND MAIN EQUIPMENT

Clorar Ingeniería SA operates on a large industrial site, featuring a 240-square-meter industrial building and multiple modular storage units (containers).

The facility is strategically divided into areas for different tasks. The most important are: administrative and engineering offices, laboratories, pilot plants for chemical processes, and a manufacturing workshop.

Engineering Offices: Equipped with hardware and software infrastructure for design, calculation, and simulation, along with a records and technical memory center for studied technologies and developed R&D&I projects.

In-house and third-party production sectors: Aluminum anodizing plant, titanium anodizing plant, tin sulfate production plant (tanks, rectifiers, heating and cooling systems, automation and process control equipment, reverse osmosis plant, among others).

Manufacturing Workshop: Focused on prototype development, component fabrication, equipment assembly, and process elements manufacturing. It is a distinctive feature that strengthens customized and specialized developments for both internal projects and third parties (metal and plastic welding, CNC machining, lathes, compressors, and various operational and measurement tools).

Laboratories: Fully equipped for internal and third-party testing and analysis (potentiostat, polarograph, UV-VIS spectrophotometer, analytical balances, micropipettes, selective electrodes, roughness meter, and quality control equipment according to standards).

Other notable equipment: Gaseous chlorine dioxide generator, glove box, salt spray chamber, ovens.
