We operate using two main methods:
- IMMERSION ELECTROPOLISHING (for small parts)
- PAD ELECTROPOLISHING (for large vessels, equipment, or components)
Materials: mainly AISI 304, 316, 420, and 630. We have also applied electropolishing to other metals such as aluminum, brass, copper-beryllium alloy, and SiCrV alloyed steel.

FILL ELECTROPOLISHING
(For small/medium vessels used as tanks) The vessel itself is used as the bath, with a custom counter-electrode placed inside. Suitable for small production or development lab reactors.
PAD ELECTROPOLISHING
(For large tanks, equipment, or parts) Can be done at our plant or on-site. Ideal for tanks, piping systems, and large equipment, especially in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, and veterinary industries.
